How can I track the status of my Gear Store order?
It’s fast and easy to track the status of your order online via the link in any of the confirmation emails you received from us. Then, once your order ships, we’ll email you the delivery tracking information so you can track the package with the shipping carrier. To ensure you receive the email notifications regarding the fulfillment and shipment of your order, add our email address to your saved contacts and (just in case) check your SPAM folder.
When will I receive the items I purchased from the store?
Due to unprecedented circumstances as a result of COVID, please allow for a few additional days for order fulfillment and delivery.
Every order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. Orders are not processed on weekends nor holidays. Most items are fulfilled within 4-6 business days after order processing. Business cards, banners, and customized brochures may take a couple more days for print production and will ship separately from the rest of your order.
Then, once your order ships, delivery takes just a few days depending on your location. Allow for additional time during holidays and inclement weather as well as for international shipping.

I have an event coming up...When should I plan to place my order?
If you need an item by a certain date, we recommend placing your order at least three full weeks in advance to ensure sufficient time for processing, fulfillment, and shipping. Please note, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Do you ship to other countries and U.S. territories?
If you would like to have items from the store shipped to another country or a U.S. territory, please refer to the options for international orders.
